To ensure prompt delivery of your parcel, we recommend nominating a PO Box or Business address for delivery. If selecting a business address you must include the Business or Company name in the delivery address field.
For deliveries to a home or residential address, if it's unlikely someone will be available to sign for the parcel you may request an authority to leave without a signature in the "order comments" box during checkout. Please provide clear instructions as to where the parcel should be left.
