Shipping within Australia

Same day dispatch

Orders received before 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. 

Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  If we experience any delays in processing your order we will contact you within one business day by email or phone.

Delivery times and shipping charges

The Facial Company charges a flat rate (Australia wide) for shipping so you can order as many products as you like.

^To check if your delivery address is within the Australia Post next day delivery network click here. Customers located outside the next day delivery network or in regional Australia should allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

Important! A signature is required on delivery, and anyone at the delivery location can sign for the parcel. You may nominate a residential, business or PO box address for delivery. If nominating a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field (this is a mandatory requirement).  Customers are required to pay a re-delivery fee if parcels are returned to The Facial Company due to insufficient delivery (address) details.

Insurance

Insurance is available to cover the value of your goods up to a maximum of $1000 if lost or stolen during transit. 

The Facial Company acts as the agent on behalf of the respective freight and shipping companies who administer the insurance. Please contact us if you need to make a claim.

Insurance cover is not valid if you request an authority to leave a parcel without signing for it.

Authority to leave without a signature

If your parcel is being delivered to your home address you can authorise for it to be left without a signature. 

Please request this service in the comments box during the checkout process and be sure to provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left.  The Facial Company and its freight handling agents will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $150. From time-to-time The Facial Company may offer free shipping on orders with no minimum spend as a promotional offer to customers. Promotions are advertised on our website and run for a limited time as advertised. We may choose not to promote the offer in advance of its release date; we also reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers without notice.

Order status

Registered customers may view the progress of a recently placed order and view all historical orders by signing in to “My Account” on this website.

Track your order online

Once your order has been dispatched you can track the delivery status of your parcel:

• If the tracking number supplied to you begins with YM, visit the Australia Post eParcel website and enter your unique consignment number into the area provided (make sure the consignment number is selected and not the article number).
• If the tracking number does not start with YM, visit the Australian Air Express website and enter your unique consignment number into the area provided.

Please note: Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update.
