autoShop is The Facial Company’s automatic shipment program that takes the worry out of remembering to re-order your favourite products before running out. autoShop is easy to setup, flexible and cost effective.
As an autoShop customer you:
• Save two to five per cent off our advertised prices for subsequent autoShop orders.
• Never run out of the products you regularly use.
• Receive automatic shipments every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
• Can change the products or quantity prior to each shipment date - it's totally flexible.
• Are not locked in to any contracts - you can cancel autoShop orders any time prior to shipment.Enjoy great savings
Your first
autoShop order is based on our regular “Our Price” prices as advertised
on each product page. Subsequent autoShop orders automatically receive a discount of up to 5% off our advertised prices. To view the qualifying discount for a particular item or brand, hover your mouse over the autoShop icon on each product page. (Please note
autoShop discounts vary from one brand to another and are subject to
change at any time without prior notice).
Easy to set up
To shop using autoShop, simply visit the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
Items approved for autoShop are identified with this icon located directly below the LoyaltyRewards banner.
Simply click on the autoShop icon instead of the “Buy now” button to be taken to the autoShop setup page and complete the following steps:
1. Select the frequency you wish to receive the item (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks) and the quantity you require.
2. Read the terms and conditions.
3. Click “Add to basket”.
4. Repeat the steps for every product you would like automatic shipments for. You may select different quantities and frequencies for each item or choose the same, it’s up to you.
5. Complete the check out process as normal.
You will receive an email confirmation of your autoShop order, which we will process and dispatch within two business days.
Easy to manage
autoShop orders can be viewed online a day or two after placing your initial order. Simply log into your account and select the “My Account” tab and then “My autoShop orders”. From there you can amend or cancel future autoShop orders.
An email confirmation is sent each time an autoShop order is dispatched so you know the order is on its way to you.
Standard shipping charges apply to each automatic shipment order. To save on shipping we recommend consolidating your automatic shipments. For example, if you set up an automatic shipment to receive a cleanser and toner every four weeks and a moisturiser every twelve weeks, you will be charged two shipping fees - one for each automatic shipment.
But, if you arrange for all products to be shipped on the same day - say every twelve weeks - you’ll only be charged one shipping fee.
