You will earn points for writing up to six “Tried and Tested” product reviews per calendar month providing you have made an online purchase from facialcompany.com.au within the last six months from your registered account. You must sign into your account to write a review and
earn points.
Double or Triple Points

on our website during the promotional period, so make sure you keep your eye out!
Forum points
Interact with others and discuss anything beauty at our online forum and earn LoyaltyReward points at the same time (capped at 6 posts per day).

How to redeem points
Redeeming your points online is easy. Simply sign into “My Account”, select “Redeem Points” in the LoyaltyRewards box and follow the instructions. You will be issued with a discount coupon code to the redemption value selected. Enter the code during check out to redeem your coupon. A minimum of 500 points is required for redemption.
Points conversion
$1 equals 2 reward points.
100 reward points equals $1 redemption value.
Don't forget to sign in every time you shop with us to ensure you receive any eligible points. Points cannot be credited to customers who complete a transaction without signing into their account. We are unable to back-date points or merge multiple accounts, so it is very important that you always sign into the original account you created online.
