Lay-by

Facial Company offers a great lay-by option that allows you to order multiple products and spread the cost over six weeks - interest free!  Perfect for when you are on a budget and do not require your products immediately.

How our lay-by works

The minimum lay-by amount is $120 plus postage (if applicable) and a small administration fee.  Your first instalment is required up-front and the outstanding balance is paid in equal instalments over six weeks.  We will send you a reminder email to advise when your next payment is due. 

Installments can be made online by logging into 'My Account'.  You can also pay out your lay-by prior to the due date if you wish.

Your lay-by order is dispatched within two business days after we receive your final payment.

To create a lay-by, simply add the required items to your basket and select “Lay-by” as the payment method on the check out page.  Lay-by payments can only be made by credit card.

Lay-by fees, terms and conditions

• The Lay-by period is a maximum of six weeks from the initial order date.
• A deposit of one third the value of the order is required upfront in addition to a lay-by establishment fee of $3.95 (non refundable).
• The outstanding balance is payable in three installments spread equally over the lay-by period. We will send you a reminder email a few days before your next payment is due.
• You can make repayments in advance by signing into your account and selecting ‘My Account’.
• Lay-by's not paid in full by the due date are forfeited.
  
• Lay-by's can't be amended or changed at any time during the lay-by period.
• Orders will be dispatched within two business days after we receive full payment.
• Please choose carefully as lay-by items will not be subject to any further discounts or promotions once your lay-by is confirmed.
