Clinic sales and online order collections

The Facial Company’s online store offers an extensive range of brands at competitive prices.  Customers visiting our clinic and retail store in Brisbane are welcome to browse many of the brands available online and purchase at online prices.  To earn LoyaltyReward points we recommend placing your order online and selecting 'store pick-up' as your delivery method.  We are unable to credit reward points to online member accounts for products purchased in store, our clinic offers a separate loyalty program which customers are welcome to join.  Read our Frequently Asked Questions for more information about in store order collections.

Not sure of your skin type? The Facial Company offers a comprehensive in-clinic skin analysis for $35 or face-to-face SKYPE video consultations from the comfort of your own home (for a small fee). Alternatively, you may like to try our complimentary online skin analysis.

To book an clinic consultation please contact The Facial Company to confirm an appointment (pre-payment required).  Consultation fees are non-refundable.
