Surprisingly it works well with my oil skin type. It absorbs very fast. I use it in the morning, then apply sunscreen and it works wonderful on your skin. It gives immediate radiance and the right moisture to yr skin. Really really fantastic. I use it at night sometimes before moisturizer. Amazing! that it works with oily skin.

I use to be worried about using facial oils on my already oily skin. However, when I had an Alpha-H facial my therapist introduced me to the delightful experience of the Age Delay Facial Oil. She explained that because it was jam packed with antioxidants it was ideal for aging skin, and yes even sensitive and oily skin! She applied the rich oil blend directly to my face on this occasion but she suggested if I wanted to stick with it at home then I could just add a few drops to my regular Alpha-H moisturiser to obtain all the essential goodness from the antioxidants.
When I was younger too much exposure to the sun’s damaging ray’s is proving to be a concern for my skin now that I am in my 30’s with the early signs of ageing skin starting to rear it’s ugly head. My skin is not nice and smooth like it use to be and I have noticed a definitely loss of elasticity. It also needs much more hydration to keep it nourished and gone are the days of bright glowing skin, instead I have a dull, sluggish almost lifeless completion. That was until I began getting serious about my skincare and heeded the advice of my therapist to invest in a quality skincare program designed to tackle ageing, sun damaged skin and repair some of the years of damage I have caused my skin. The oil is a potent 100% botanical blend of pure plant extracts, essential oils and natural vitamins. Presented in a small glass bottle with a dropper style applicator, this is my preferred style of dispensing serums or oil as it is completely hygienic. I only need to use 2-3 drops to treat my whole face and neck, and if I mix it with my moisturiser then I only use 1-2 drops. While it initially appears expensive this oil blend is your typical example of less is more, and a little really does go a long way. I have had my bottle for over 8 months and it is still going strong, with plenty more to tied me over for at least a couple of months yet. The oil blends into my skin nicely and is quick to absorb. The most surprising fact is that this oil is not at all greasy on my oily skin and instead of my skin looking like I have jumped out of a deep fryer, coated in a layer of oil, it is smooth, soft and replenished.
I only use this gorgeous scented oil as an extensive treatment once a week; during this treatment, I will apply the oil directly to my face and allow it to penetrate over night. Every second day I mix a drop or two into my daily facial moisturiser to allow the benefits of the antioxidants to correct my sun damaged skin while preventing any further impairment. It works wonders to lift your senses as well as calm and relax; it is a total pampering delight.
I have noticed that over the period of 8+ months the immediate results are reduction of facial redness and extreme hydration. Longer term results have been a more even skin tone, smoother, softer texture, softening of the fine lines around my eye area due to firmer, plumper skin .
I am so impressed with the current condition of my skin compared to how it was prior to discovering the Alpha-H brand. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this brand and entire skincare range to anyone with mature skin, who wants a professional outcome that is guaranteed to give your dull, tired skin a burst of radiance and a warm healthy glow that will take years off your complexion.
