It's easy to set up an automatic shipment of your favorite products. For more information on how autoshop works, please click here.

Once you've purchased your autoShop item(s), you will be able to manage all your shipment information in your account.

AUTOSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

autoShop is also referred to as "Automatic Shipments"
 
Setup
Your autoShop order with FacialCompany.com.au is setup when you complete an initial standard order that includes items in your shopping cart that are designated for automatic shipments.
 
Your autoShop order must include at least one item and each item must be assigned a quantity and frequency of delivery. Products not displaying the autoShop symbol do not qualify for automatic shipments.
 
Discounts for subsequent automatic shipments is based on the per item discount that varies between 1-10%.  The assigned discount is displayed on a product page (hover your mouse over the autoShop icon to reveal the qualifying discount).
 
Your initial autoShop order may also include regular items. Regular items will not be saved for future automatic shipments.
 
Discount, Promo and Gift Vouchers cannot be used towards autoShop orders.
 
Completed autoShop orders may be viewed online a day or two after placing the initial order.  By logging into your account you are able to add or delete items, change quantities or frequency, cancel future autoShop orders and update your credit card and delivery address information.  
 
Payments
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment for autoShop orders. Your credit card is charged at the time of placing your initial autoShop order and on the day you nominate each subsequent order to be shipped.  The amount charged will include the items ordered and shipping charges, less any qualifying autoShop discounts (for subsequent orders).  
 
AutoShop Account Management
Your credit card information is saved on our secure server for autoShop orders and billed each time an automatic shipment order is processed based on the frequency chosen by you.
 
The billing and shipping address chosen for your initial order will be saved to your autoShop account. All future autoShop orders will be processed to the address nominated by you.  You can update your credit card and shipping address by accessing your account information online.
 
Approximately five days prior to processing an automatic shipment, you will receive an email informing you of the impending order. This will serve as a reminder of your order details and the opportunity for you to make any changes before the order is processed.
 
If a scheduled shipment contains items that are out-of-stock or discontinued, we will contact you. We will also notify you if we are unable to process your credit card for payment.
 
Cancelling autoShop orders
If you have created an autoShop order and no longer wish to receive shipments, you will need to remove all items from your autoShop orders by signing into your account online.
 
FacialCompany.com.au reserves the right to cancel an autoShop order anytime due to stock issues, suspected fraud or violation of our terms and conditions.  FacialCompany.com.au also reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the AutoShop program at anytime without notice or cancel the program without prior notice.
